1. Delivery Locations
We offer delivery to all addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery is also available to selected countries. Please refer to our checkout page for full details on available destinations.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £6.99
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)
Wortmann Watches Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Items
Wortmann Watches Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. More information can be found in our Return Policy.
